Standard Shipping

- Last order date for WA, NT and international NZ: 12 December 2025
Express Shipping
- Last order date for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS : 18 December 2025
- Last order date for WA and NT : 16 December 2025
Turnaround / Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time we need to prepare and hand personalise your order. We aim to process all our orders 1-2 business days following your order confirmation (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) . However, processing time may be extended up to 5 business days during busy period such as weddings, Sale or Holiday periods. Processing time excludes shipping time.

Please note that urgent requests submitted after an order is placed, without prior approval, may not be accommodated.
Shipping Rates and Time
All our orders are shipped with Sendle/Australia Post via registered post with tracking number.
- Standard shipping : Free (2-10 business days after dispatch*)
- Express shipping : $20 (1-3 business days after dispatch*)
- International standard (NZ) : $30 (5-12 business days after dispatch*)
*additional shipping time may be required for remote locations. Additional charges for express/international shipping applies for bulk orders.
Please note that shipping timeline is only estimate and is not guaranteed. Etched & Sleeved is not responsible for delay caused by shipping couriers. Please also note that couriers are not able to make any call arrangement prior to delivery or to arrange delivery time.
Shipping time excludes processing time. We always try our best to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, however, please note that choosing Express shipping does not shorten our processing time.

Duties and Taxes
For International orders, the prices stated do not include import duties or local sales taxes that may be charged upon entry to your country. All payable duties and taxes are to be sorted by the customer. Please note that Etched & Sleeved does not cover the cost of taxes & duties.
