What can I have engraved on the wine glasses?
Choose one individual name for each glass or a shared couple-name design for both glasses. A meaningful date or established year can also be added as an optional detail.
How is the personalisation applied?
The design is permanently engraved onto the glass. It is not a printed design, sticker or vinyl decal.
What are the character limits?
Individual names can contain up to 12 characters per glass. The couple-name layout can contain up to 15 characters in total. Spaces and symbols count towards these limits.
Can I add a heart symbol?
Yes. Copy and paste the heart symbol shown beside the personalisation field into the relevant text box.
Does the set include two personalised sleeves?
Yes. Each glass includes a personalised camel suede sleeve. Grey velvet sleeves are available as an optional upgrade.
Is the black gift box included?
The premium black gift box is an optional upgrade. Select it from the product options before adding the set to your cart.

Most orders are prepared within one to two business days. During busy periods, processing can take up to five business days.
