Return Policy

As our products are personalised to order, unfortunately we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchange, or refunds of order unless the item is broken during transit. Once placed, we typically begin processing orders quickly. Once your order is processed and product is personalised, we are unable to make any amendments 🙁

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

If your order is returned to sender, a shipping cost of $20 will be required to re-ship.

Personalisation

Personalisation and engraving of products are made according to the informations that you have entered. Etched & Sleeved is not responsible for any incorrect/misspelled names and/or initials you provided. All sale is final and no amendments can be made once product is personalised to your specification.

Etched & Sleeved has the full discretion on the design, size and placement of the artwork on each personalisation.

Broken / Damaged Goods

If you find our products broken/damaged upon arrival, please email us at hello@etched-and-sleeved.com.au within 3 days of receipt and provide us with the following informations:

  • Order number
  • A clear image of the broken/damaged product together with the packaging
  • A clear, close up image of the part that is broken/damaged (please use safety measure when assessing broken glasses)
  • An overall image covering broken/damaged part of the product and engraved initials.

Once we received your email with the above informations and approved the case, we will contact you to organise a replacement 🙂

Please dispose broken glassware safely after you have taken requested images.

DO NOT return/post broken glassware.
